Return Policies

We want every collector to feel confident and cared for. Each print is made to order and carefully produced to ensure the highest quality.

Because all prints are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please email eric@laurelcreekimaging.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

Once reviewed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Orders are fulfilled through a trusted print partner (Prodigi), and resolution of issues may follow their production and shipping guidelines.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
