Return and Refund Policy

We want every collector to feel confident and cared for. If your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we’re here to make it right.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our offerings, digital downloads and memberships are non-refundable once accessed.

We accept returns for damaged prints, incorrect items, or other issues approved by customer service. To initiate a return, please email eric@laurelcreekimaging.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

 Please note: Orders fulfilled through SmugMug may be subject to SmugMug’s own return and refund policies, which may differ from ours. For those purchases, we recommend reviewing SmugMug’s terms or contacting their support directly. 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
